Hello! I'm Heather - a wife, a friend, a daughter, a podcast enthusiast, a wanna be gardener, and a photographer with an abundance of passion for this job. I like to keep my studio sets simple for a classic feel, and whenever possible I enjoy exploring unique outdoor locations. Full-time photographer since 2011. I split my workday between my studio office and home office, shooting on location or in the studio 7 days a week. WEDDINGS
I am honored every single time I am asked to photograph a wedding. To help prepare for the big day, I help couples create their schedule and also send tips I've learned from the 100+ weddings I've photographed. On each wedding day I help in any way that I can, almost acting as a dual wedding planner to ensure everything goes as planned. I'm not afraid to wrangle groups for portraits when needed and will capture candid moments for you to treasure forever. I can guarantee to my couples that I will give it all I have, and then some; for I do not take lightly the importance of this day.
PORTRAITS
Regardless the type of shoot, I enjoy being creative while also capturing authentic emotions and connection between two people. My goal is to create images that are not only flattering, but images that fully capture the subject(s). Some may say I overshoot, but I will not stop until we get the perfect shots. As an experienced Photographer since 2011, I still love every part of the process. I am more than willing to travel your way, or we can shoot in my quaint hometown of Delphos. Either way I would love to meet you and create beautiful imagery for you!
BUSINESS
Working at corporate events is a fun change of pace for me. I love capturing the unique rapports of different groups of employees while documenting the event. I also provide businesses with creative marketing photos as needed, shooting detail shots in their office or on-site. You may see my work on billboards around town or on the inside of a menu at your favorite restaurant. I often take headshots for business individuals at my studio, which is a quick, simple process. I love giving business professionals amazing images to help build and grow their already awesome company.
